1. General Terms

Welcome to IBC Tank Store. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• All products (IBC tanks, water containers, oil/chemical drums, and Sumandri Jhag) are sold as-is unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
• Customers must be at least 18 years old to place orders

2. Product Information

• Used containers may show signs of wear - exact condition available upon request
• Product images are for reference only - actual items may vary slightly
• Capacity and specifications are approximate
• Chemical drums must be properly cleaned before repurposing

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated
• We accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, and major credit cards
• Bulk order discounts available - contact us for quotes
• Prices subject to change without notice

4. Delivery Policy

• Free local delivery within Lahore for orders over PKR 50,000
• Nationwide delivery available at additional cost
• Delivery times vary based on product availability (typically 3-7 business days)
• Customer must inspect goods upon delivery - claims for damage must be made immediately

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns accepted within 7 days for defective products only
• Used containers are non-returnable unless significantly not as described
• Refunds processed within 14 business days after inspection
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item was shipped in error

6. Liability

• We are not liable for improper use of containers or insulating materials
• Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for intended use
• Chemical containers sold as-is - proper cleaning is customer's responsibility
• Maximum liability limited to purchase price of product

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
